Now Hiring! We're Looking for an Executive Sales Representative

Formative Innovations' is looking to hire an Executive Sales Representative that is business and/or tech savvy, entrepreneurial, highly charismatic, and has an incurable addiction to selling professional services.

The individual we're looking for must have:
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a corporate sales or business development role.
  • A University degree, College diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • A high level of proficiency with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for preparing and presenting compelling project proposals to potential clients.
Nice to have:
  • Project Management experience.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
Job Description

As a member of our executive sales team, you will:

  • Play a key role in the development and execution of our sales strategy.
  • Contribute to Formative’s marketing strategy and provide management with valuable insight to the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Leverage existing contacts and establish new contacts for the purpose of acquiring new and exciting challenges.
  • Spend no more than 20% of your time travelling as we continue to grow throughout North America.
